The Mossyrock volleyball team had absolutely no issue handling Firm Foundation on Thursday evening, dispatching the Eagles 25-9, 25-5, 25-12.
Hailey Brooks’ 11 kills led the Vikings on offense, while Payton Torrey had 10, Erin Cournyer had five, and both Paige Houghtelling and Caelyn Marshall added three. Brooks also led Mossyrock at the service line with four aces, with Torrey, Cournyer, and Houghtelling all posting three; as a team, the Vikings put up 16 points on aces.
Cournyer dished out 18 assists, while Marshall had seven. Abbie Lovan paced the back row with nine digs, with Torrey and Brooks both adding four.
Mossyrock is set for a trip to Longview to take on Three Rivers Christian next Tuesday.
