Lewis County Business Week is looking to fill 19 company adviser roles ahead of this year’s Business Week at Centralia College in December.
From Dec. 12-15, company advisers mentor and guide a team of high school juniors as they learn about the business world, according to event organizers.
“It is a rare opportunity our community gets to really dive deep with these students and make life changing impacts,” organizers stated in a news release.
Event organizers provide training before Business Week begins, walk advisers through each day of mentoring and provide supplies, including lunch and refreshments, according to a news release.
“Being a company adviser not only opens doors for the students you are mentoring throughout the week, but also provides an incredible leadership experience for you as an employee,” organizers said in a news release.
Events each day of Lewis County Business Week run from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
