Sex Offenders Register as Transient in Thurston County

Three sex offenders have recently registered as transient in Thurston County, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s office.

Level 3 sex offender Kyle M. Wilde, 32, was convicted in 2009 in Clark County Superior Court of one count of third-degree rape. At the ages of 21 and 22, Wilde was accused of having sexual contact with three girls aged 14 to 15. He was sentenced to 57 months in prison.

Level 3 sex offenders are considered to be at the most risk of reoffending. Wilde is described as a white male standing 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 260 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Level 1 sex offender Jeffery Johnson, 32, was convicted in 2005 in North Carolina of attempted second-degree forcible sexual offense, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office. At 19, he was accused of sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 51 to 71 months in prison and released in November, 2009.

Johnson is described as a white male standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.

Level 1 sex offender David W. Harmon, 19, was convicted in 2013 in Thurston County Juvenile Court of first-degree child molestation and first-degree incest. Harmon was accused, at 13 years old, of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy.

He was sentenced to 15-36 weeks confinement and 12 months of supervision.

Harmon is described as a white male standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
