Months after two suspects were each sentenced to more than a decade in prison for an April home-invasion robbery and assault in Chehalis, prosecutors have charged a third suspect identified by the victim.

Toyleasha Janee Greene, 26, made her first appearance in Lewis County Superior Court Tuesday on charges of first-degree robbery, first degree burglary, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree assault.

She was arrested on a $100,000 warrant. Superior Court Judge James Lawler agreed with a request from the prosecution to keep the bail at that amount, calling it “more than reasonable” given the facts alleged in the case.

On April 30, a 53-year-old Chehalis man reported that he contacted a female escort through the adult classified website Backpage and made arrangements for her to meet him at his residence the day before.

He reported that on April 29, the woman arrived with two men, later identified as Natrone D. Bostick and Samath Laraa Hem, who allegedly punched and pistol-whipped the victim, tied him at his wrists and ankles and held him at gunpoint while ransacking his house.

The suspects, described by the victim as a woman and two men, reportedly took 46- and 55-inch televisions, a phone, binoculars, a laptop, wallet, checkbook, cell phone and Oxycodone pills, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspects left, and the victim was able to untie himself. He didn’t report the crime until the next day.

Detectives began investigating the case and were able to identify Greene based on advertisements they found on the website and other websites, according to court documents.

The victim identified Greene as one of the three suspects from a booking photo from previous criminal history in Pierce County. Phone records also show Greene was in Lewis County at the time of the robbery, according to court documents.

A few days after the robbery, police arrested Laraa Hem, 23, of Tacoma, and Bostick, 19, also of Pierce County, on suspicion of organized retail theft in an unrelated incident. During that investigation, they reportedly found evidence pertaining to the earlier robbery.

Hem pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to second-degree burglary and first-degree assault in the case, and was sentenced to 147 months, or 12 years in prison.

Bostick pleaded guilty June 9 to charges of first-degree kidnapping and first degree assault and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Bostick and Hem were originally charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree assault.
