WSECU, in partnership with the Centralia Timberland Library and the Washington Homeownership Resource Center, is offering a free public workshop titled “Understanding Credit” Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the library, 110 S. Silver St.
The event is designed to help individuals better understand how credit works and gain tools to build or improve their credit scores. Topics include how credit scores are calculated, understanding and navigating a credit report, credit monitoring tools and online dispute processes, and how artificial intelligence is influencing credit systems.
