In an American Angus Association news release, the announcement was made that Hunter Riley, of Winlock, has become a junior member of the National Junior Angus Association.
“Junior members of the Association are eligible to register cattle in the American Angus Association, participate in programs conducted by the National Junior Angus Association and take part in Association-sponsored shows and other national and regional events,” the release stated.
The junior arm of the American Angus Association, the National Junior Angus Association, is for those under 21 and aims to encourage young people to get involved in with angus steer and heifer projects and offers them resources.
