The Rochester boys basketball team couldn’t manage its first win at home in non-league action Monday, falling to 1A Eatonville 76-45.

The Warriors (0-7, 0-2 2A EvCo) only trailed by four after the first quarter, but saw the gap wide to double digits in the second quarter and never come back any closer.

Brayden O’Connor led Rochester with nine points, on a night where no Warrior got into double figures. Riccardo Bruttini added seven points and Colton Weiss had seven.

As a team, Rochester went 18 for 61 from the field, and 6 for 12 from the free-throw line.

Rochester will be back Wednesday with a 2A EvCo clash with Centralia.
