The Mossyrock volleyball team finished off a perfect league season on Tuesday, sweeping Columbia Adventist 25-6, 25-18, 25-17.

Erin Cournyer was all over the court for the Vikings (13-3, 12-0 1B Columbia Valley), tallying 12 assists, nine kills and six digs while also going 14 for 14 with six aces from the service line.

Chesney Schultz and Saydi Mendoza combined for 11 kills, and Abbie Lovan added seven digs. Delaney Marshall added five assists of her own.

As the one seed from the Columbia Valley league, the Vikings will get a bye all the way to the semifinals in the district tournament, where they will need just one win to clinch a berth at the state tournament.

If they lose the semifinal, they will have to win two games in the lower bracket to earn the district’s third spot at the state tournament.

The semifinals will take place on Saturday, Nov. 4 at Montesano.
