The Visiting Nurses thrift shop was forced to close Thursday morning after a vehicle drove into the building off of Pearl Street in Centralia.

Centralia police had not released additional details on the crash as of The Chronicle’s deadline, but the nonprofit announced the structural damage was being assessed on Thursday afternoon.

The Centralia thrift store is closed until further notice as the structural damage is assessed.

The Visiting Nurses thrift store at 435 NW Chehalis Ave. in Chehalis remains open.
