Twin City RV Park officially opens on April 1

The long-awaited opening of the newly constructed Twin City RV Park will take place at noon on Wednesday, April 1.

The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to help the owners celebrate and introduce local businesses, residents and visitors to the new overnight accommodation.

“This has been a two-year project in the making,” Park Manager Terrance Buchanan said.

As part of the development, a green buffer zone was created to protect wildlife along the nearby creek.

“We planted 600 trees and shrubs to create a natural barrier that supports wildlife while adding a peaceful, scenic touch for our guests,” Buchanan added.

The park was designed to maximize space while addressing a growing need for quality RV accommodations in the area, according to a news release from the chamber.

Twin City RV Park is owned by Andy Lee of Winlock and Jeff Vales of California, with Lee’s daughter, Zoee Li, also part of the ownership team.

The park features 47 RV sites, along with modern amenities including restrooms and showers, free WiFi and 24/7 security. On-site staff are available daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with after-hours support accessible by phone for emergencies.

Located directly across from the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds, the pet-friendly park is within walking distance of Gesa Credit Union, restaurants and services at the Fairway Shopping Center and surrounding areas.

It is also just a short drive to downtown Chehalis and Centralia, as well as local attractions such as the movie theater and bowling alley. Additional visitor information is available on site to enhance the guest experience.
