An all-around team performance pushed the Riverhawks to remain as the last area team with a perfect record, upending the Tigers 25-12, 25-16, 25-15 in a C2BL sweep at Napavine on Thursday night.

Now at 10-0 and 1-0 in the league, Toledo’s schedule ramps up for the next week. It faces Onalaska, Rainier, Adna and Toutle Lake starting with the Loggers on Tuesday night. Three of those games are at home.

Ellie Fallon paced the Riverhawks with eight kills, nine digs and added four aces. Taysia Miller added six kills while Sidney Kruger and Abby Umbriaco notched 12 and 10 digs, respectively.

Napavine (1-8, 0-1) had 100 percent serving from Kendall Kelly, Anna Guenther and Lilly Grabianowski. Head coach Monica Dailey felt Ava Ondong “had a strong all-around game,” but added “We didn’t move as a team tonight. Played very hesitant.”

The Tigers aim to bounce back Tuesday when they trek to Toutle Lake.
