The Toledo volleyball team took two games in Raymond on Saturday, sweeping Adna 25-20, 25-18, 25-14, and Raymond-South Bend 25-20, 25-9, 25-14 to advance to the district semifinals.
Across both games, Ellie Fallon posted 35 digs, 23 kills, 10 aces, eight three-point passes, and a pair of blocks, while Lexi Young also added eight three-point passes to go along with 22 kills and 18 digs. Fallon finished with a hit efficiency mark of .286, while Young posted a mark of .250.
Abby Umbriaco had 30 service points, including seven aces, to go with a pair of blocks, while Taysia Miller added 16 digs and two blocks of her own.
Sidney Kruger dished out 66 assists with just one error and also added 14 digs.
Adna’s stats will be added when they are available.
The Riverhawks (16-3) will play Toutle Lake on Wednesday in Adna for a spot in the district title game and a state tournament berth. If Toledo wins, it would be its first trip to the state tournament since making the 1A tournament in 2003.
