The Toledo girls basketball team suffered its first loss on the season on Monday, when the Riverhawks were beaten by Raymond-South Bend 58-34.
Toledo scored just 12 points in the first half and fell behind by more than 20 at halftime, and though the offense played better in the second half, it wasn’t enough to bridge the gap.
Hope Gould led the Riverhawks in scoring with nine points, while Ryah Stanley tallied seven, Kailea Lairson-Young logged six, and Ellie Fallon had five.
The Riverhawks (1-1) will look to bounce back in its C2BL opener at home against Morton-White Pass on Wednesday.
