The Visiting Nurses Foundation will host its second annual gala to raise funds for programs that enhance care and support for patients and families throughout the community on March 13.

The gala will be held at The Loft in Chehalis, with a cocktail hour starting at 5 p.m. and the program beginning at 6 p.m.

“Building on the success of last year's inaugural event, the second annual gala promises to be even more impactful,” the Visiting Nurses Foundation said in a news release.

Funds raised from the event will support programs such as the Comfort Therapy Grant, which provides vital therapies for hospice patients, as well as the Respite Care Program, designed to offer relief to caregivers in need of a break.

“These initiatives reflect the Foundation's mission to support patients and families during life's most challenging moments,” the Visiting Nurses Foundation said in a news release.

"We are incredibly excited to host our second annual gala," said Jacki Jewell, executive director of the Visiting Nurses Foundation. "This event is an opportunity for the community to come together and make a profound difference in the lives of those we serve. The generosity and support from last year's attendees have already created lasting impacts, and we can't wait to build on that momentum."

The evening will feature a formal dinner, live music, auctions and heartfelt stories from those whose lives have been touched by the foundation's programs.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage directly with the foundation's mission and witness the positive changes their support makes possible, according to a news release.

Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available now, with all proceeds going directly toward programs that improve the quality of care for patients and their families.
