The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the community to locate a rare vehicle that was stolen from the Grand Mound area around 7 p.m. on May 21.

The vehicle was taken after someone stole the keys out of a business.

The vehicle, a 2006 black Dodge Ram SRT-10 Viper pickup, is a “highly sought-after vehicle and is #9 out of 400 made,” according to the sheriff’s office. A placard on the passenger’s side dash indicates its production sequence number (#9 out of 400). The vehicle itself is black with satin rims, a hard Tonneau cover and a rear spoiler.

Anyone with information on the vehicle’s whereabouts is encouraged to call the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office at 360-704-2740.
