The winner of the 2023 Mr. Lewis County competition is Centralia resident Tom Craswell.
The competition, held in light-hearted fashion at the Veterans Memorial Museum on Saturday, coincided with the Cruise & Coffee Car Show, which started earlier that morning.
For being crowned Mr. Lewis County, Craswell received a taxidermy squirrel beer koozie and a trophy from the car show for his customized 1978 Chevrolet three-quarter-ton pickup truck, which he brought to the show.
“It’s mostly just made from stuff I had lying around. These tires came from a big Ford, now the Ford’s on even bigger tires, 44s,” Craswell said.
Craswell was joined by his girlfriend, Holly Stender, who he’s been with now for several years.
