With St. Patrick’s Day approaching this Sunday on March 17, spring will be just around the corner, officially beginning on Tuesday, March 19.

To celebrate the holiday and get people ready for spring, The Morton Plant Shop — located at 277 Main Ave. in Morton — will be hosting a prop and plant swap, along with an indoor artisan vendor market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day Sunday.

This event is free to attend.

Vendor spots are still available according to The Morton Plant Shop owner Alexandria Gonzales, not just for the St. Patrick’s Day market this weekend but also for ongoing weekly markets at the Morton business throughout the year.

Along with the Sunday markets from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Gonzales is planning on having weekly Tuesday vendor markets at The Morton Plant Shop from 4 to 9 p.m.

For more information or to reserve a vendor table in an upcoming market in Morton, contact Gonzales at 360-548-2675.
