The Morton-White Pass volleyball team logged its first C2BL win of the season on Tuesday, sweeping Winlock 25-7, 25-7, 25-17.
“I’m really proud of how our girls are continuing to grow as a team,” MWP coach Jamie Brazil said. “Every game, we’re seeing more trust, communication, and connection on the court … It’s exciting to see their confidence and chemistry getting stronger.”
Karah Fairhart finished with seven aces, two assists, and two kills, and Chevy Fuller logged five aces and four kills.
Ryleigh Johnson tallied six kills and a block, and Ryelin Wiedenmann added six kills and an assist. Brooklyn Montoure had eight kills, and Crystal Dygert finished with five aces and four kills.
MWP (8-3, 1-1 C2BL) will head to Mossyrock next Tuesday, Oct. 14.
