The Morton/White Pass baseball team snapped its six-game losing streak in emphatic fashion on Monday, no-hitting Onalaska in a 3-1 victory.

Jake Flathers was the man of the show on the mound, striking out 10 batters while walking just two and giving up one unearned run across all seven innings.

Brayden Fleetwood hit a two-run single in the first to put MWP up 2-0, and Decklen Kelly added an RBI single of his own to give the T-Wolves a 3-0 lead in the third.

Onalaska’s lone run came on an error in the seventh, and the potential tying run was on base, but an Onalaska runner got doubled off after a fly ball to end the game.

Maddox McKinley pitched the first three innings for the Loggers, allowing four hits and three earned runs while striking out four, and Broxton Mounce struck out three and walked just one in three hitless innings out of the pen.

Onalaska has now been no-hit in each of its first three games to open the season.

The Loggers (0-3, 0-3 C2BL) will look to buck that trend on Tuesday at home against Wahkiakum before getting a rematch with MWP (1-6, 1-6 C2BL) in Onalaska on Wednesday.
