The Tumwater soccer team sealed up the 2A EvCo title with two matches to spare Tuesday, blanking Shelton 6-0 on the road.
The Highclimbers held the T-Birds (13-0-1, 10-0 2A EvCo) to just one goal in the opening half, but Tumwater exploded for five more in the second to pull away.
Meanwhile, the Thunderbirds kept Shelton scoreless at the other end, pushing their scoreless streak to 1,119 minutes, a stretch that goes all the way back to their first match of the season, when they allowed a single goal in the first minute.
The Thunderbirds will face Aberdeen at home in the penultimate matchup of the regular season Thursday.
