A Spokane Valley medical office building was damaged by a fire and explosion near Valley Hospital and Medical Center this morning.
Officials say no one was hurt, despite a powerful blast that sent glass and debris flying across a parking lot and apparently dislodged a large chunk of concrete from the side of the building.
