Southwest Washington Fair Seeks Workers as Annual Showcase Approaches

Posted

The Southwest Washington Fair is set to make its annual run Aug. 16 through Aug. 21.

Before the big showcase, though, the fair is looking for workers to help make it all happen.

With pay starting at $14.73 an hour, the fair is looking for ticket sellers, ticket collectors, grounds caretakers, crowd control workers and more. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to be considered.

Short-term full time work is possible through Aug. 28, according to the fair. Some of the positions can start any time and some may stretch through the Washington State Garlic Festival, which is scheduled for Aug. 26-28.
