South Creek Post Acute has recently announced that it has been named one of U.S. News and World Report’s Best Nursing Homes for 2026.

U.S. News’ annual evaluation of nursing homes is highly selective, recognizing fewer than 19% of the evaluated U.S. nursing homes as part of the 2026 ratings, according to a news release.

This designation is reserved only for facilities that satisfy U.S. News’ proprietary assessment criteria demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality patient and resident care.

“I’m incredibly proud to share that South Creek Post Acute has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Nursing Homes in the country,” South Creek Post Acute Administrator Manny Serfaty said in the release. “This recognition is a direct reflection of the hard work, compassion and dedication our team brings every single day. Being selected for this honor reinforces what we already know — our staff shows up with heart, our residents receive exceptional care, and our commitment to quality never wavers. I couldn’t be more excited for what this means for our community and for the continued growth of South Creek.”

For the 2026 edition, U.S. News evaluated nearly 15,000 nursing homes on patient and resident outcomes, such as hospital readmission rates, staffing levels, health inspection results and other indicators of quality.
