Centralia Police Department
Intoxicated in store bathroom
• Andrew Webb, 45, of Portland, was issued a criminal citation in the 1000 block of South Yew Street for third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing after allegedly consuming stolen merchandise in a bathroom stall and refusing to leave when instructed to do so by a representative of the business at about 11:49 a.m. Sept. 20. Webb was not booked into jail due to his severe alcohol intoxication, which required medical attention. Later in the day, Webb was arrested for second-degree burglary at about 11:26 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 1000 block of South Yew Street after he returned to the business and committed an additional theft.
Domestic violence arrests
• Jose Jaimes-Cruz, 43, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into Lewis County Jail for first-degree theft (domestic violence) after he allegedly took a cellphone from the hands of a household member at about 12:52 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 1000 block of North Tower Avenue. Elena Jaimes, 20, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into Lewis County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after allegedly striking and causing an injury to a household member.
• Kanaan J. Reanier, 30, of Lacey, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after he reportedly assaulted a household member at about 10:12 p.m. in the 100 block of Virginia Drive.
Theft of a firearm
• Centralia police received a report of the theft of a firearm from a motor vehicle at about 3:44 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 1100 block of Scammon Creek Road. No suspect information is available at this time.
Arrest for theft from construction site
• David T. Troglin, 54, of Centralia was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for first-degree trafficking in stolen property, second-degree malicious mischief and third-degree theft following an incident first reported Sept. 15 in the 1300 block of Kresky Avenue. Troglin was identified as having stolen copper wires and copper pipes from a construction site, damaging newly constructed homes. Troglin allegedly admitted to selling the metal for profit.
No arrests after alleged assault
• An assault was reported at about 7:27 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 100 block of Pioneer Way. Officers investigated and did not develop probable cause for an arrest.
Malicious mischief
• Centralia police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle window at about 9:24 a.m. Sept. 19 in the 100 block of Windsor Avenue. No suspect information is available at this time.
Shoplifting arrests
• Felicia Drake, 33, of Lacey, was referred to the Centralia Municipal Court for third-degree theft after allegedly shoplifting from a local business in the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue at about 1:35 p.m. Sept. 19.
• Mason T. Mohr, 28, of Portland, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for two counts of third-degree for allegedly shoplifting twice from a grocery store in the 1000 block of South Yew Street on Sept. 19.
Failure to transfer title
• Miryah Bayard, 33, of Tacoma, was issued a criminal citation for failure to transfer title within 45 days after being found to have failed to transfer the title on her vehicle for nearly a year. She was cited at about 3:30 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 500 block of Harrison Avenue.
Crashes
• Centralia police officers responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision at about 3:30 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 100 block of East Maple Street.
• A hit-and-run was reported at about 10:29 p.m. Sept 19 at the intersection of Kresky Avenue and East Summa Street. The crash is currently under investigation.
• Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision at about 1:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Galvin Road.
Littering citation
• Shila Brennan, 35, of Centralia, was issued a criminal citation for littering greater than 1 cubic yard after leaving a large stack of garbage on private property in the 700 block of Tower Avenue at about 4:23 p.m. Sept. 19.
Warrants, resisting arrest
• Donald L. Meth, 62, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on a Lewis County Superior Court felony warrant at about 4:27 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 300 block of North Tower Avenue. An additional charge of resisting arrest is being referred for charging, because Donald actively and unsuccessfully placed obstacles in the path of officers to prevent arrest, according to police.
• John D. Stafford, 36, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on an outstanding Lewis County Superior Court felony warrant at about 9:02 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 1100 block of Scammon Creek Road.
• Danielle L. Hutchison, 38, of Vancouver, was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant at about 8:12 a.m. Sept. 18 in the 1200 block of Marion Street.
Fight reported
• A physical dispute involving multiple parties is under investigation after a report at about 7:25 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 3500 block of Galvin Road. No serious injuries were reported.
DUI arrests
• Payton K. Albert, 28, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for DUI, knowing possession of a controlled substance, and use of drug paraphernalia after officers contacted him behind the wheel of a vehicle while exhibiting signs of drug intoxication at about 8:29 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 600 block of Harrison Avenue.
• Tina L. Lesh, 55, of Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for DUI after an officer observed her unsafe driving and conducted a traffic stop at about 10:08 p.m. Sept. 19 at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and N Street.
Agency assist
• Centralia police assisted the Mason County Sheriff’s Office with contacting a suspect in a hit-and-run collision at about 8:19 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 300 block of N Street.
CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT

JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Sept. 21, the Lewis County Jail had a total facility population of 165 inmates, including 151 in the general population and 14 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of the general population inmates, 125 were reported male and 26 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 12 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of Sept. 21, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total jail population of 17 inmates. Of those, four were from Centralia, one was from Elma and six were from the Department of Corrections. Additionally, there were four from the Lummi Nation and one each from the Chehalis Tribal Court and the Quileute Nation.
