Malicious mischief
• Damage to a vehicle in the 2400 block of Borst Avenue was reported at 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 21.
Hit-and-run
• A hit-and-run reported in the 700 block of Pioneer Way just after 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 22 is under investigation.
Drug violation
• At approximately 9:50 a.m. on Feb. 22, 44-year-old Castle Rock man was cited in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue for failure to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days. He was also found to have narcotics in his possession.
Theft
• A black Gary Fisher bicycle was reported stolen from the 300 block of Jefferson Street just after 12:55 p.m. on Feb. 22. The case is under investigation.
Assault
• A 67-year-old Centralia man was cited for fourth-degree assault following a physical altercation in the 2400 block of North Pearl Street at approximately 1:50 p.m. on Feb. 22.

Harassment
• “Malicious harassment” reported in the 1000 block of Southwest 20th Street just after 8:05 a.m. on Feb. 20 is under investigation.
• A disorderly man who reportedly threatened to kill and sexually assault a 14-year-old boy in the 600 block of West Main Street just after 10:40 p.m. on Feb. 23 was arrested for harassment.
Disorderly conduct
• A disorderly woman who reportedly screamed at a manager and was aggressive with staff at a business in the 10 block of Southwest Chehalis Avenue just before 8:10 a.m. on Feb. 20 was trespassed from the business.
• Two juveniles were reportedly harassing passersby to buy cigarettes and other items from them in the 500 block of North Market Boulevard at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Feb. 20. The subjects were moved along.
• Two people were reportedly screaming in the street in the 400 block of South Market Boulevard just after 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 22.
Theft
• A woman was arrested for shoplifting from a business she was trespassed from in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue at approximately 11:10 a.m. on Feb. 20.
• Bank information was reported as possibly stolen from the 300 block of Southeast Washington Avenue at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 21. The reporting party advised that “she got locked out of her laptop then received messages that porn was detected on her laptop, which she claimed was not true,” according to the Chehalis Police Department.
Drug violation
• A bag of brownies containing marijuana was confiscated from a student at W.F. West High School in the 300 block of Southwest 16th Street just before 1:15 p.m. on Feb. 20.
Assault
• A man was arrested for fourth-degree assault after he reportedly tried to take a phone from a woman during a dispute in the 200 block of Southwest Second Street just before 4:25 p.m. on Feb. 20.
Vehicle accidents
• A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just after 11:25 a.m. on Feb. 21.
• A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported in the 100 block of Southwest Interstate Avenue at 5:50 p.m. on Feb. 23.
Indecent exposure
• Indecent exposure reported in the 300 block of Southwest 11th Street just before 11:35 a.m. on Feb. 21 is under investigation.
Criminal trespass
• A man who was reportedly doing drugs in the bathroom of a business in the 1400 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just after 9:25 p.m. on Feb. 21 was trespassed from the business.
• Two subjects were moved along from the 500 block of West Main Street just after 2:50 p.m. on Feb. 22.
• Two subjects who “appeared to be dirty” were reportedly camping out in the 20 block of Northwest Cascade Avenue at 8:20 p.m. on Feb. 22.
Suspicious circumstances
• An incident involving a man threatening a woman and trying to kick in the door to a residence in the 400 block of Northeast Washington Avenue was reported just after 12:05 a.m. on Feb. 22.
• A man in the 600 block of Southeast Dobson Court reported to the FBI that he is being “attacked 24/7” by someone “using pulse modulated radio frequency microwave energy” at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Feb. 22. He reported that he did not want local law enforcement involved. He was connected with mental health crisis services.
Juvenile problem
• A juvenile problem reported in the 1000 block of Southwest 20th Street just before 11:05 a.m. on Feb. 22 is under investigation.
DUI
• A subject was arrested for DUI in the 1900 block of Northeast Kresky Avenue at approximately 6:40 a.m. on Feb. 23.
Fraud
• A counterfeit $100 bill was reported in the 1100 block of South Market Boulevard at 7:50 p.m. on Feb. 23.
FIRE AND EMS CALLS
• Between Friday morning and Monday morning, Lewis County 911 Communications logged approximately 73 illness-related calls, 13 injury-related calls, seven fire-related calls, 11 non-emergency service calls, six vehicle accidents, two Lifeline medical alerts, two ambulance requests, one medical helicopter request, two 911-hangup calls, four suicide-realted calls, two overdoses, one hazardous conditions report and three other calls.
JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Friday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 155 inmates, including 142 in the general population and 13 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of general population inmates, 111 were reported male and 31 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of Friday morning, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total system population of 28 inmates, including eight booked by the Centralia Police Department, 15 booked by the state Department of Corrections, one booked by the Tulalip Tribe, one booked by the Skokomish Tribe, one booked by Chehalis Tribal Law Enforcement and two booked by the Lummi Nation.
