LEWIS COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT
Preliminary appearances
• Stratton T. Bagley, 30, Winlock, made a preliminary appearance July 6 for four counts of first-degree unlawful firearm possession, each punishable by up to 10 years in prison. A judge agreed with the state’s recommendation to allow Bagley to remain out of custody on the already posted $10,000 bail. According to court documents, a Lewis County Sheriff’s Office deputy accompanying a Child Protective Services case worker on a house visit found several rifles in a bedroom room where Bagley and his two stepchildren reportedly slept.
