Vehicle accidents
• A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just after 1:40 p.m. on April 16.
• A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported in the 100 block of Southwest Interstate Avenue just before 7:40 p.m. on April 16.
Burglary
• A 50-year-old Auburn man was arrested for stealing paint and tubing from a store he was trespassed from in the 1700 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just after 2:05 p.m. on April 16. Possession of a controlled substance charges were also referred.
Fraud
• A scam reported in the 600 block of West Main Street just before 6:15 p.m. on April 16 is under investigation.
• A subject reportedly tried to pay with counterfeit money at a business in the 1100 block of South Market Boulevard just after 6:15 p.m. on April 16.
Theft
• A second-degree theft reported in the 1500 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just before 3:20 p.m. on April 17 is under investigation.
• A theft reported in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue just before 9:30 p.m. on April 17 is under investigation.
Assault
• A man purposely hit a maintenance worker with his car door in a parking lot in the 1500 block of North National Avenue just before 11:55 a.m. on April 17 after the worker put a tag on the vehicle for parking in a no-parking zone.
• A school safety officer at W.F. West High School in the 300 block of Southwest 16th Street reported an assault just before 1:45 p.m. on April 17.
CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Assault
• A 31-year-old Centralia man was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, in the 400 block of South Silver Street at 10:55 a.m. on April 16.
• A juvenile was referred on charges for allegedly being involved in a physical altercation at Centralia Middle School in the 900 block of Johnson Road just before 8:30 a.m. on April 17.
Drug violation
• A 40-year-old Centralia woman was cited for possession of meth in the 1000 block of North Pearl Street just after 2:20 p.m. on April 16.
Hit-and-run
• A hit-and-run reported in the 1100 block of Mellen Street at 5:15 p.m. on April 16 is under investigation.
• An 87-year-old Centralia man was cited for hit-and-run after he reportedly struck a vehicle in a parking lot in the 1000 block of South Yew Street just before 12:20 p.m. on April 17 and left without making contact with the victim.
Disorderly conduct
• A 36-year-old Centralia man was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of suspected drugs after he reportedly obstructed traffic by being in the roadway in the 1300 block of Reynolds Avenue at approximately 11:55 a.m. on April 17.
• A 44-year-old Tacoma man was cited for blocking traffic in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue just after 6:55 p.m. on April 17.
Theft
• A sign was reported stolen from a yard in the 200 block of West Center Street just after 2:20 p.m. on April 17.
Malicious mischief
• Damage to a window was reported in the 600 block of North Pearl Street at approximately 4:35 p.m. on April 17.

Sentencings
• Regina Marie Folgerman, 27, of Chehalis, pleaded guilty Friday, April 11, to one count each of residential burglary and fourth-degree assault. She was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 356 days suspended and credit for eight days served.
• Tanner D. Jacobson, 28, of Chehalis, pleaded guilty Friday, April 11, to one count each of possession of meth with intention to manufacture or deliver, possession of a schedule I or II narcotic and third-degree driving with a suspended license. His theft of a motor vehicle case was dismissed as part of a plea bargain. He was sentenced to 45 months in a prison-based drug offender sentencing alternative (DOSA) program, with credit for 49 days served.
• Deanna Marie Colgate, 45, of Napavine, pleaded guilty Friday, April 11, to one count of animal cruelty and received a 364 day suspended sentence. She is also required to pay a $1,500 fine. As part of the plea deal, a welfare check on Colgate and any animals in her care will be conducted within 60 days.
• Nathan Carl Harmon, 38, of Centralia, pleaded guilty Wednesday, April 16, to one count each of residential burglary and violation of a protection order. He was granted a first-time offender waiver and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 274 days suspended and credit for 45 days served. As part of his sentence, Harmon is required to undergo chemical dependency and domestic violence evaluations and complete all recommended treatment.
• Jaric Jaquan Abney, 32, of Ethel, pleaded guilty Wednesday, April 16, to two counts of third-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to four months in jail with credit for 13 days served. As part of his sentence, he is required to undergo a domestic violence evaluation and complete all recommended treatment.
• Jeremy Scott Fredrickson, 31, of Chehalis, pleaded guilty Wednesday, April 16, to one count of third-degree assault, domestic violence, and was sentenced to four months in jail with credit for 15 days served. As part of his sentence, Fredrickson is required to undergo chemical dependency and domestic violence evaluations and complete all recommended treatment.
FIRE AND EMS CALLS
• Between Wednesday morning and Friday morning, Lewis County 911 Communications logged approximately 36 illness-related calls, 13 injury-related calls, 10 fire-related calls, two overdoses, two suicide-related calls, two vehicle accidents, two DUIs, one public assist request, one medical helicopter request and three other calls.
JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Friday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 141 inmates, including 128 in the general population and 13 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of general population inmates, 105 were reported male and 23 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 11 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of Tuesday morning, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total system population of 18 inmates, including six booked by the Centralia Police Department, seven booked by the state Department of Corrections, one booked by Chehalis Tribal Court, two booked by La Push Quileute Nation and one booked by the Lummi Nation.
