Silver Alert Issued for 69-Year-Old Chehalis Man

Lewis County Sheriff’s Office deputies are looking for a 69-year-old Chehalis man who is believed to be missing and endangered. 

Deputies were notified by family members of the man’s disappearance during the early morning hours of March 6.

John Sill was last seen in the early morning hours of March 6. A family member had asked him to go to the store, and he initially stated he had taken sleeping medication and would not go, according to the sheriff’s office.



Approximately an hour and a half later, the family member awoke to find him and his vehicle gone. 

Sill is described as 5-foot-10, 165 pounds, and has blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing an unknown colored T-shirt, jeans and tan, toeless slippers. His vehicle is described as a 2007 Black Range Rover Sport, Washington license BWD2852.
