A 39-year-old man from Roy was pronounced dead at the scene of a one vehicle rollover accident on State Route 507 in Pierce County on Friday, May 28.
Joshua L. Snodgrass was traveling southbound on State Route 507 at 208th Street East at about 10:15 p.m. when the 2005 Audi A4 he was driving crossed into the northbound lane and then came to rest in a ditch.
Snodgrass was wearing a seatbelt, according to the Washington State Patrol. Speed was determined to be the cause of the crash and it’s unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved, stated WSP.
The roadway was blocked for two hours and 35 minutes. The vehicle was totaled, according to WSP.
