A Randle man pleaded not guilty Thursday to one count each of second-degree assault of a child and fourth-degree assault, both considered domestic violence.

William G. Pry, 42, is currently being held in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $25,000 in bail. He is represented by public defender Sarah McFadden.

Pry faces up to 10 years in prison for the second-degree assault charge, and up to 364 days in jail for the fourth-degree assault charge.

According to court documents, Pry is accused of assaulting two children on March 10 before they departed for school.

Prosecutors indicated that Pry has a previous fourth-degree assault conviction out of Lewis County District Court in 2025 that involved one of the same victims.

No-contact orders have been issued on behalf of both victims.

An omnibus hearing is scheduled for April 2.
