Firefighters responded to a barn fire late Sunday night and battled the blaze for several hours.
Crews were dispatched at 10:30 p.m. to a fire on the 10200 block of U.S. Highway 12 near Young Road in Randle, said Randle Fire Chief Jeff Jaques. No one was injured.
About 15 firefighters from the Packwood, Randle and Glenoma were at the scene for several hours.
The barn was used as an equipment shed, and the structure was destroyed, he said. The cause is still under investigation.
