PWV’s Smaciarz named P2BL MVP

Pe Ell-Willapa Valley’s Liam Smaciarz was named the Pacific 2B League MVP earlier this week by the league’s coaches.

Smaciarz had success at the plate and on the mound, slashing .400/.577/.727 with two home runs and 29 runs batted in while posting a 6-3 record and a 1.04 earned run average along with 57 strikeouts in 47 innings.

The Titans were well-represented on the first-team all-league squad, as four other Titans earned a spot on the team.
