Getting into a consistent offensive flow has been a rollercoaster for the Onalaska High School boys basketball team, but they experienced a new low on Monday night.
Clipping at 21 percent from the field and seven from beyond the arc, the Loggers fell to Raymond/South Bend 48-40 in a barn-burner. Head coach Fred Sturza felt his group “rushed everything.”
“We can’t win games shooting the way we are,” Sturza stated.
Noland Brady paced the Loggers (3-6) with 12 points while Ethan Thayer chipped in 10. Onalaska will have three C2BL games this week, starting on Tuesday versus Toutle Lake.
