The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the PNW DooDoo Crew on Friday afternoon at Stan Hedwall Park in Chehalis.

PNW DooDoo Crew is a pet waste removal service that services parts of Lewis and Thurston counties.

Tatyana Yocom, owner of the business, said previously that she originally got the idea for a pet waste removal service from her husband.

“We had the honor of celebrating with PNW DooDoo Crew as they cut the big red ribbon,” the chamber stated on Facebook Saturday.

“We are so excited for Tatyana and her family! In the short month Tatyana has been a chamber member with us, we have already been so impressed with her love for this community. She was recently at our home show, and she stands ready to help you deal with any of your pet droppings. Whether you are an individual or a business, she can help you out. Congrats again to Tatyana and her family on the fantastic occasion, and we can’t wait to see all of your success in the years to come!”

Yocom picks up pet waste for all kinds of clients, doing everything from weekly and biweekly cleanings to one-time cleanups.

“I started this business because I saw a real need in our community for reliable, judgment-free pet waste removal,” Yocom said earlier this month. “As a lifelong dog lover and someone who believes in keeping neighborhoods clean and safe, I wanted to offer a service that helps people enjoy their pets without the mess. PNW DooDoo Crew was built with heart, hustle and the support of my family and friends — especially my husband — who believed in my vision from the start.”

“I do private, residential and commercial cleanings. No job is too small for me,” Yocom said.

PNW DooDoo Crew strives to be environmentally conscious, using eco-friendly biodegradable garbage bags, according to the chamber.
