Brooklyn Loose continued her hot streak at the plate, hitting two home runs with three RBIs and three runs scored. Simms also mashed a home run, going 2 for 3 with three RBIs, and Kendall Humphrey hit another homer to score three more runs for the Pirates.

Loose hit another home run, as well as VonMoos, Danika Hallom, and Avery LaFontaine.

Simms pitched a complete game in the circle and allowed just one hit in the shutout, with eight strikeouts.
