Senior night was a good one for the Adna volleyball team, which swept Winlock 25-15, 25-10, 25-7 on Monday.
The team honored Mickey March, the lone senior player, and Lena McCloskey, the team manager.
March finished with an ace, a block, and a kill, while McKenna Torrey tallied nine digs, six kills, and two aces. Alyssa Carroll finished with nine kills, eight aces, five digs, and a block, Taylor Johnson dished out 17 assists to go with four digs and three aces, and Hadleigh Gerard added five digs.
Adna (4-10, 2-5 C2BL) will head to Onalaska on Wednesday for its regular-season finale. A win would almost certainly guarantee the Pirates a spot in the district tournament, but a loss could leave the Pirates involved in a potential three-team tiebreaker along with Morton-White Pass and Napavine depending on how the rest of Wednesday’s games go.
