The Onalaska girls soccer team’s season came to an end on Tuesday in Spokane Valley, where the Loggers fell to Northwest Christian (Colbert) 4-0 in the first round of the 1B/2B State Tournament.

Onalaska hung around throughout the first half, but NW Christian took control on a free kick goal that made it 2-0.

The high-powered Onalaska offense never got going, and the Crusaders were able to tack on two more to roll to the quarterfinals.

This was the Loggers’ seventh straight appearance at the state tournament, but they have not won a game at state since finishing fourth in 2019.

The Loggers finish their season 10-9-1 and will graduate five seniors: Jaelyn Auman, MacKenzie Nederlander, Kate Zandell, Randi Haight, and Kaiyah Sandridge.
