The newly-formed Napavine Newaukum Lions Club will host an inaugural event at the Napavine Middle School gym starting at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 9.
“We have 18 members to start the club and are looking at other Lions coming in from the surrounding area,” the group wrote in a news release. “Citizens of Napavine and the Newaukum Valley area are encouraged to come by and give their ideas and thoughts on fundraising and other thoughts on what we could do for the community.”
The cost is $25 per person 12 years and older and $10 for children 12 and under. Children 5 and under are free. Please check out
