The Napavine softball team scored at will on Monday, when the Tigers defeated Winlock 33-0 in five.
The Tigers scored seven in the first, 15 in the second, and six in the third to take a 28-0 lead before adding five more runs across the final two innings.
After the first Winlock batter of the game reached via error, Dakota Lyons retired the next 15 batters she faced to polish off a five-inning no-hitter. She struck out eight and didn’t issue a walk.
Twelve different Tigers recorded at least one hit, and 14 drove in at least one run.
Kaylee Parker had three hits and five runs batted in, Lyla Kirkpatrick had two hits and three RBIs, and Lyons helped herself with three hits and three RBIs.
Taylen Evander added four RBIs and scored four runs, and Hollie Brockmeuller drove in three runs.
Napavine (9-4, 5-1 C2BL) will return home to host Toledo on Thursday. Winlock (1-16, 0-5 C2BL) will be at home again that same day to host Mossyrock.
