The Vikings extended their winning streak to three games and kept another opponent under 30 points in a 45-25 non-league win over the Timberwolves on Saturday night in Randle.

After heading into the locker room up nine, Mossyrock (5-2) increased the defensive pressure and held MWP to just nine second half points, including only a free throw in the fourth. Maci Rashoff had 15 points to lead the Vikings while Taylor Schwartz registered 13 and Kendall Cournyer added 12.

For the T-Wolves, Malia Armstrong was the lone player in double figures with 10 points. Mossyrock will take on Ilwaco on Monday while MWP has two more games in 2025, facing Willapa Valley and RSB next week in Raymond.

“Our defense showed up again and we had some good runs on offense,” Vikings head coach Nick Rashoff said. “It’s been a long week for the girls and we have put some miles on, so I was happy with the effort and outcome of the game.”
