Missing autistic juvenile returned to parents after being found on train in Centralia

A runaway juvenile was returned to his parents after being found aboard a train in Centralia on Wednesday morning, according to the Centralia Police Department. 

Officers received several reports of a juvenile crouched down on a moving train at about 6 a.m. Wednesday at North Pearl Street and West Fifth Avenue. 



“By the time officers located the incident, the juvenile was running around on top of the train,” the police department stated in a news release. “Officers were made aware that the subject was possibly a missing autistic juvenile from Cowlitz County. The juvenile was contacted and safely brought down prior to being returned to his parents.”
