A 33-year-old Sequim man with two previous convictions for indecent exposure and one pending charge in Cowlitz County has now been charged with the same crime in Lewis County Superior Court.

Trevor Keith Durham is being held in the Lewis County Jail with bail set at $20,000 for one county of indecent exposure, a Class C felony punishable by up to five year in prison and a $10,000 fine.

On June 12, a Centralia police officer responded to the 500 block of Harrison Avenue in Centralia in the parking lot between Dutch Bros. and AutoZone.

A woman told the officer she was driving in the parking lot when she saw a man, later identified as Durham, standing with his pants down.

“(The woman) stated the male looked at her, turned around and spread his butt cheeks apart exposing his anus,” according to an affidavit of probable cause filed in Lewis County Superior Court.

The woman left the parking lot.

Durham was later arrested and booked into jail.

He made his initial appearance in Lewis County Superior Court on Thursday.

Durham has a pending charge of indecent exposure in Cowlitz County from May 27, a conviction for indecent exposure out of Cowlitz County District Court on Dec. 14, 2021, a conviction for indecent exposure in Clallam County District Court on Aug. 18, 2017, and a conviction for third-degree assault out of Clallam County District Court on Aug. 20, 2013.

According to court documents, he has had 23 prior warrants for his arrest.
