A 21-year-old man died after an apparent road rage shooting in unincorporated Pierce County Friday evening, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's office.
First responders found the man at 10:16 p.m. after he crashed his car into a tree in the 16100 block of Military Road East, a blotter post states. He had a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The preliminary investigation points to a road-rage incident that occurred on 22nd Avenue East, the post said. There is no suspect in custody.
