A man was shot to death in Northwest Portland Tuesday night, police said.
Officers arrived in the 2900 block of Northwest Nicolai Street at 8:36 p.m. after receiving a report of a shooting, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement. They discovered a man “suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.”
The victim, whose name hasn’t been released, died at the scene, according to police.
