Loggers swept on the road

The Onalaska volleyball team kept a couple sets close but couldn’t cross into winning territory Tuesday, losing 25-12, 25-22, 25-23 at Kalama in C2BL action.

“To be successful we all have to play our role and play it to the best of our abilities every night out,” Onalaska coach Susan Gordon said. “When we don’t, good things don’t happen. When we do, great things happen.”

Emalie Jacoby posted another triple-double for the Loggers (6-5, 2-2 C2BL) with 12 kills, 16 digs and 10 assists, and also had five aces.

Capri McGraw added 12 digs, Leah Hamilton had five kills, Braelyn Babb logged five assists and Karsyn Koenig put up four blocks.

Onalaska will host Morton-White Pass on Thursday.
