The Onalaska baseball team earned victories No. 1 and 2 on the season on Tuesday, taking down Morton-White Pass 11-2 and 20-2 in a C2BL doubleheader.
The Loggers and Timberwolves were even at one through three innings in Game 1, but the Loggers took the lead with two runs in the fourth.
MWP responded with a two-out rally in the fifth, one that led to an RBI single from Peyton Shields to get the T-Wolves back within one, but the Loggers added four in both the bottom of the fifth and the sixth to pull away.
Maddox McKinley went six and two-thirds in the first game, allowing just four hits and two earned runs while walking three and striking out 13. Blaze Underhill entered the game and got the final out.
Rowdy Lyons hit a double and drove in three runs, while Cooper Lawrence also hit a double, drove in two, and drew a pair of walks.
Shields finished with his RBI single and drew two walks, and Liam Pelletier also collected a hit and drew two walks.
There were no stats available for the second game.
Both teams will be back on the diamond on Friday, when Onalaska (2-3, 2-3 C2BL) is back at home to host Fort Vancouver and MWP (0-5, 0-5 C2BL) will head to Toledo to face the Riverhawks.
