The Onalaska boys soccer team fell in La Center on Wednesday, losing to the Wildcats 8-0.
The Wildcats had a clear height advantage, and they took advantage throughout, scoring five goals off headers from set pieces.
The Loggers ended the game without a goal, but Onalaska coach Luis Magana was pleased with how they were executing some concepts they had practiced over the break.
“We actually had some build up and some great 1-2 passing sequences,” Magana said. “The boys are definitely gaining experience and developing their soccer IQ.”
Christofer James made 12 saves in net.
Onalaska (0-7, 0-7 1A Trico) will host United at home on Friday.
