Our Literacy Council of Lewis County will host a story time program for kids of all ages at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Hub City Art Park.
The park, located adjacent to HUBBUB at 505 N. Tower Ave. in downtown Centralia, will also offer a car-themed photo booth and other activities for kids throughout the afternoon.
The art park activities complement those taking place next door at the School of the Arts at Bethel Church as well as the Hub City Car Show.
The story time tale, "If I Built a Car," describes a young boy’s fantasy car.
Story time participants will have a chance to both watch an artist illustrate the tale and draw their own fantasy car.
