Lewis County Noxious Weed Control has scheduled a workshop on invasive pests for 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. March 26 at the Lewis County Fire District 6 meeting hall at 2123 Jackson Highway in Chehalis.
The workshop is intended to provide information on noxious weeds and non-native insects of local concern, will address how the Washington State Department of Transportation is responding to concerns of pollinator safety and an alternative to glyphosate herbicide. Admission is free.
