Lewis County Coffee Co., in partnership with the City of Chehalis, is launching its newest venture — The Dugout, a concession stand located at the Chehalis Sports Complex, a news release from the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce stated.
The community is invited to celebrate with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community preview beginning at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at 351 13th St., Chehalis.
The event will feature complimentary food and beverage samples, giving attendees a preview of what The Dugout will offer during tournaments and regular park use.
“We felt this was a great opportunity to grow Lewis County Coffee in a way that also supports the community,” Lewis County Coffee Co. owner Sam Magnuson said. “The Dugout will offer traditional concession foods with an LC Coffee twist.”
While the full Lewis County Coffee menu will not be available, Magnuson said The Dugout will feature a curated selection of coffee drinks, energy beverages, and single-scoop ice cream from LC Creamery, according to the release.
Magnuson added that The Dugout will be a welcome addition for both visiting teams and families attending tournaments, as well as local residents who regularly use the sports complex.
The ribbon-cutting is hosted by the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce, which regularly celebrates businesses and organizations that are opening, expanding, relocating, rebranding or reaching milestone achievements.
